Best Practices

•Scope it narrowly: A chatbot that answers HR questions well is better than one that tries to do everything poorly.

•Test with real questions: Before deploying, test with 20-30 real questions your team/customers actually ask.

•Add fallbacks: When the chatbot doesn't know the answer, it should say so and route to a human.

•Keep knowledge current: Set a monthly reminder to update the chatbot's reference documents.
